Image shortlisted for Aquent 2012 calendar

After being selected for the 2011 calendar, with my canal photograph, I decided to enter the competition again this year. I submitted 3 images for consideration, these being 2 colour images of South Parade Pier and one black & white shot of the Colosseum in Rome.

I received notification today that one of my Pier images has been selected for the semi final shortlist, which contains 43 images, ranging from photography to illustration.

A long-running tradition at Aquent, their calendar consistently draws raves from clients around the world for the extraordinary artwork showcased inside — the personal works of 15 of their very own talent.

The Call for Entries is now closed for the 2012 Aquent Calendar. Soon they will be posting a Finalists’ Gallery where they will showcase all the images selected to be included in the calendar for next year. In the meantime, they invite you to view the gallery of semi-finalists.
